Welcome

This site contains photos of the Fife villages of Lochore, Ballingry, Crosshill and Glencraig commonly know as the Benarty area. The site was built using material supplied by various sources however the majority are taken from a collection of photographs relating to the Benarty area collated by Jim Campbell and Nicholas Fox.
All copyrights are hereby acknowledged.

The rationale for the site was, basically, to develop my web building skills however as I've always had an interest in local history and in particular the history of the Benarty area it made sense to combine both interests and this site is the result. The site is still a work in progress and will be developed and improved through time.
